I visited Apollo DRDO hospital, Kanchanbagh on 30-Nov-2013. I had severe ear ache, due to infection.
I was referred to ENT "specialist" , Dr. Santosh Reddy . I explained him that I have pain in my ear .
He checked my ear and said that I had an infection, which was causing pain.
I asked him if the wax was causing the problem and he should probably remove it.
He said it was not necessary and just gave me tablets for cold and asked me to visit again after 1 week. I took the tablets for 2 days, without any result and pain worsened.
I paid Rs.400 for nothing.
In pain, I went to Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet on the third day. Without me saying, they did a thorough inspection of the ear, removed my wax and cleaned my ear, providing me immediate relief.The doctor gave proper explanation and gave medicines which removed the infection instantly and also advised me to avoid head bath for 2 days.
Avoid Stupid Apollo, the brand has worsened.
