Avoid Apollo. Review on Apollo Hospital - Kukatpally - Hyderabad

All that Apollo Clinic cares about is your money. Indifferent and rude staff, misplaced reports and samples and incompetent doctors. You will need to wait for more than 2 hours for the doctor because they are late, and are asked to pay the consultation fee upfront even before the doctor has arrived and seen you. For everything, you are required to take up to a dozen tests. Recently saw an incident after which vowed not to go to Apollo again.

One of the doctors of Apollo, slapped and abused the security guard outside Apollo in front of patients including pregnant ladies. His fault: He had misplaced the car keys due to which there was a 5 minute delay in getting the car. If doctors can behave like this outside for trivial reasons, would you go to such doctors? All patients and staff were shocked by this incident. My money will go somewhere else from now on.

Edit: The doctor's name is Dr. Atul Gupta. He is an eye doctor there. Verified this when I went to collect the reports . As suspected all is normal, but my doctor( gynecologist for wife) had to ask us to take a dozen tests for a simple lower abdomen pain.
