I am admitted my father in this greams apollo hospital 2 times. All the times the exit process is very worst. We need to wait for one full day for the exit process.
If you are a insurance patient you need to allot 2 more days for the exit process.All the process are very slow when we the day of discharge.
Doctor informed we can get the discharge tomorrow.From the full day we are waiting for the discharge. the discharge summary and all the process are got completed by 6:15 pm and then they are sending the bills to insurance department.
From insurance to get the approval we need to wait for minimum 3 hrs.If the approval not come then the apollo management asking us to stay one more day simply for the approval.One full day is not enough for them to process the discharge for the insurance patients. Based on the discharge day we had booked our train tickets from chennai to our native place in tarkal.All money got waste . I cant cancel the ticket.
