The only motive is to make money and nothing else. The hospital does have an old brand name because of which it is running for long time in Chennai and specially huge amount of people come from west bengal for their treatment.
The first rule when a patient reach to Apollo is they will ask to do all kind of diagnosis, irrespective of the fact whether it is needed or not. Say for example you have some temporary problem from 2-3 weeks, than also doctor will ask you to go for any check up.
Secondly they will not believe on the report been brought from outside, and they will insist you to do check up in APOLLO than only they will trust you.
The checkup in apollo is more than 2-3 times costly than outside. Finally doctor do not give much of time to look into patient's issue and neither they clarifies any queries been asked by patient. They are running their business on behalf of the corporate health insurance, where by they charge huge money to the health insurance companies with the help of insurance policy.
