I had under gone a spine surgery at Apollo Hospital Bannergatta Road on 4th January 2016.My surgery was success done by Dr.Arun L.Naik and Dr.Bansal& Dr. CHaithyanya. Very brilliant team of Doctors, good hospital, with good Management etc. But I had bad experiences at Neuro ICU.I was very much surprised at the attitude of ICU nurses who had least care of post surgery patients.
There was a lot of distractions by the staff speaking luod, allowing all visitors inside randomly without any protocols.I was in ICU for whole night after surgery.I couldn't sleep even for half an hour.I request the Management to impose certain rules, train nurses to follow the ICU protocols so that post surgery patients can sleep peacefully.
