On 9th of November'15, I took my brother to this hospital as Fortis was crowded and long waiting. When we reached apollo asked the administrative staff how long is waiting it was said as 15 mins as made us to register and took registration fee and sent to the OPD, when we reach there the staff there informed us the wait time is more than 3 hr.
My bother was not able to wait and wanted immediate medical attention and staff told just 15 mins but now 3hrs this was a great lie and we just quite from then went to other neighboring hospital. The lie of the staff will stop me getting to this hospital anytime in future. Apollo really sucks and is a business and no service.
