I had a very bad experience with apollo hospital jayanagar, bangalore.
As everybody knows that Apollo is one of the leading hospital chain in india.
My brother had a small accident while playing.
Docters at apollo confirmed to do a ligament tear operation. As my brother already having medical insurance with MAX BHUPA hence we plan to send a pre auth request for approval of medical insurance.
But due to negligence of the hospital Artho section lady "ESTHER" with her negligency who sent one of our brother old report to the insurance company because of the same they had rejected the pre auth request saying the scanning report that we had sent is before the time taken for the policy .
After that she accepted that she sent the report by mistake but the insurence company people didnt accept for the same. Because of the same which we had paid 1 lakh rupees for the operation.
Overall because of the hospital negligence which makes us to pay 1 lakh eventhough we have insurence whit us.
So guys I recommend to make sure while you visit this hospital.
