Money & time waste - Check before making any payments, refund is unlikely and the service would not be timely
After calling multiple times to check if they do nose piercing, admin staff confirmed that the service is available. Once I reached there upon checking the Doctor availability, I asked same thing again if the doctor is available, Receptionist was not sure, sent me to OPD to check. OPD admin staff confirmed and send me back to pay for "Registration Fee". I was hesitant since it is a non-refundable amount. After paying, I went back to OPD and asked the staff again if the doc is available and would do nose piercing. I was reluctant to make the Consultation fee after an incident in the Queue. Apparently one of the patient had an appointment with the doctor and was waiting for some time but the doctor was "on the way" from Yelhanka to BG Road. The admin staff sent me to check with the nurse in the docto.r's room. I explained nurse that I have been waiting here for 45 min already and don't know if they would do or not. After another 10 min, she tell me that the doctor will not do nose piercing. I went back to OPD staff and then they started checking for another doctor but no one was available and they asked me to return the next day.
I had already lost some money on regn and did not want to waste my time also. This whole incident cost me over an hour+ 2 hour parking charge.If there is anything below than 1 in rating, I would not hesitate. Compassion and attention is important key in hospitals and this hospital clearly lacks both and the focus is on minting money.
