My second child was born in Cradle Koramanagala in the month of July 2014. I had many bitter experiences with Cradle Koramangala which was not at all expected after seeing a wonder service from "Cradle -Calicut". The Nurses in Koramangala Cradle were not experienced and were not responding to our requests. To continue the IV fluid, I had to ask 3 times to the Nurses which irritated me to the core. To change the bed sheets and pillow cover I had to go to the nurses station and ask for it. Even for an extra pillow, I had to ask for 4 times. By default, these are the things that we expect the hospital to do every day without asking. People in reception and other non-medical staff were polite, however didn't know any process and were giving wrong directions and information.
There is something called as Canteen on the Terrace, but didn't had any options to eat for the bystanders. Basically, none of the staff follow any process and are very careless about the patients. There are no balloons or decorations in or outside the rooms. No Cake cutting either before the discharge.
The only good thing I could tell about the hospital is the doctor. Especially our doctor, Mrs. Beena Jaysingh was extremely good and I will give her 5 Stars for her service.
I would request everyone NOT TO GO THIS HOSPITAL just by seeing the reception and the smiling receptionists. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO OTHERS.
