We have started our journey from July 2015 and ended in April 2016. I think I have paid nearly 50, 000 for consultation and medical tests that have been suggested. And paid nearly 1, 00, 000 for maternity package.
Except our Gynecologist doctor, I do not think the others are eligible to work in corporate hospital. The only reason I continued till end because of our Gynecologist as she was very good in explaining the things and taking care of the patients
Money being charged is nowhere related to the services given. Cradle is charging nearly 3000 for Doppler scan, but the doctor who takes the scan is not even interested in knowing whether the patient bladder is full or not. They always rush for anything and try to finish the patients as soon as possible than doing the scan with responsibility.
There is no pathology lab in cradle and the person who takes the blood does not even know how to take the blood without pain that even small clinics guys knows it.
The nursing sisters who are there post-delivery does not even know how to feed the baby and how to take care of baby and they charge 2k per day for nursing charges. Everything has to be followed by patients only and they do not keep any reminders for medications or vaccines to give on time.
The physician is very good who gave proper exercise tips post the delivery.
The lactation consultant at Cradle Koramangala is utter waste as my wife got lactation problems which was found by Gynecologist and Physician but not the Lactation doctor. They charged 1k per visit for lactation who spent hardly 5 minutes and said everything looks good and left without giving any suggestions for breast feeding. Because of which my wife suffered for almost 15 days as the problem is not identified at right time though we were in hospital.
I have to take my wife back to forties hospital for lactation consultation who really helped. If I had trusted Cradle lactation then my wife would have ended in one more surgery due the lactation problems.
Even PRO guys are worst as they give discount in the final bill for selected people. The day when I went to pay, I heard saying some 10K discount in the final bill for one of the guy, then I went and asked the billing guy about the discount then she tried to lie saying no discount. I have asked the bill of the other guy who got discount and said that this the proof to billing people, now tell me how he is getting, the answer I got was PRO guys asked to give the discount. Then why I am not eligible for discount after continuing one year relationship with hospital then they said PRO guys are off today whether u want finalize the bill today are talk to them tomorrow and comeback . I decided to leave as one day stay in cradle anyway costs close to 10K so there is no need to wait.
I hope I have given the perfect feedback after spending One year relationship with Cradle.
Only reason to continue is because of our Gynecologist and Physician as they were very very good REST ALL ARE UTTERLY WASTE.
