If there was 0, I would have given it a 0! First time there last Saturday and I hated it! I went to get a swine flu vaccination.
As soon as we reach there, we're welcomed with the sights of people screaming at doctors saying that they came at 8 and it's been 3 hours since they've been waiting. So me and my brother fill out our forms, I didn't face the issue of waiting much though.maybe about 15-20 minutes. But my brother had to wait nearly an hour before he was called just because they forgot to give the file to the doctor.
Certain doctors and staff there are arrogant! Horribly disorganized! I saw people who had to go for health check up being misguided and doctors sending them back to the reception. Staff and doctors screaming at each other and walking out of the clinic.
I would never recommend this clinic to anyone! Manipal is anyday better. It wasn't like the cost here was any lesser. I am never trusting my health or life to this sort of a hospital and I recommend you don't either.
