Recently I visited Apollo Clinic, Koramangala for my wife first trimester baby-scan checkup. The doctors were good and they suggested to take an Ultrasound scan to check the fetus' status.
We went to lab and the technician was in a hurry to leave home by 11:00am itself, even though he knows we have an appointment. He asked us to pay the bill first and then only he will proceed. We had paid the bill. And he moved to immediately start the scan. He did not even check whether the bladder is full for ultrasound. Usually if the bladder is not full, they will ask to wait till it happens, so that the result is proper, but he did not do that itself. Since he was in hurry to go home, he did the scan in a half filled bladder given a false report immediately that the fetus is not there and he left immediately. When we checked at some other lab outside, we saw the fetus. Due to Apollo Clinic lab technician (unprofessional guy) we are broken. They are not caring for the patients but only for money and giving false report to get more test to be done at their lab.
Please please please. Don't ever go to Apollo clinic for pregnancy related check-ups. You can consult the doctors there, but not any testing and also the lab is not hygienic enough. The lab technician was using the hand glows which was thrown in the dustbin!
Horrible lab. Horrible lab people!
