I was having pain in my left lower abdomen, therefore went to this clinic. There was no doctor available. Only one lady Dr was available named as Kranti. I would like to add one thing that if you have pain in Lower right abdomen, then you need to be worried. Else rest can be minor. Hope everybody is aware of.
So she suggested me to do Urine test, urine Culture Test, Xray and ultra sound, then only it can be narrowed down. Let me add one thing urine culture is only done after urine test, i.e. if your urine is infected, then to nail down the type of infection urine culture is done. Urine sample was deposited on the same day. For Xray and ultrasound I was given the time slot, which was two days later.
-Urine Report: Next Day
-Urine Culture Report :After 5 days
-Xray: Was done after 2 days, but report on same day.
-Ultra sound: was done after 2 days, Again report 3 days later.
I was told , If you have all the reports then only you can consult any other specialist for further analysis. So as per the above summary I can gather all reports only after 5 days. Now you can well imagine that you have to sustain the pain for around 5 days without medicine, then only you can consult the specialist. So pathetic.
After 5 days I was asked to meet urologist, for which appointment was given on Saturday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and today they called me to reschedule it for Thursday. Now I am not sure whether they will reschedule it again or not. So I am completely disappointed.
So finally I gave up and consulted one of my friend who is a doctor and I am okay now. I have spent around 3k for no reason. Cheats the patients with huge medical terms, prescribes unnecessary medical tests which are irrelevant. Please never consult this doctor. They have taken the franchise from Apollo and nothing else.
So plz plz plz plz don't visit this clinic.
