Decent collection of books, specifically Kannada books. I went there to buy few books for my son who is 8, but the sad part is that, they neither give even 1% discount as other leading bookstores, nor accept the cards below 500 Rs transactions. I fail to understand the intent of the owner, when the whole of country is promoting cashless transactions, what is the problem with this man? Every time I go there, I should buy books worth 500 Rs or more or I should pay only by cash. I want to bring it to the notice of concerned personnel. This is not just done. When flower and vegetable vendors are accepting pay tm for money less than 100 Rs and in majority of good shops do accept cards for Rs.100 and above, this attitude is not justified. So, I have stopped buying from him. He keeps giving examples like. in that shop min purchase is 500 for card, somewhere else it is 1000 rs for card etc etc. Who wants to know it after all? People go to his shop because it interests them, not that those books are not available anywhere else. It is better he mends this attitude . So, they should have an online payment system for any amount, and accept happily. This attitude does not help.
