I had the card number 3713 490745 91001 withAmex. i have been a customer of their for the last three or four years. I have never had a late payment on their card nor a late payment on any of my credit
accounts in my credit history. As of 5/15/2009 I had a credit score of 731 with Experian credit reporting agency.I had a public record for a reason that I could not control and it was resolved and Amex decreased my credit line from $18000 to $2000 and 2 months after that they closed my credit card. On top of all that they robbed my 11000 plus rewards points from me. When I tried calling customer service it would ask you for your card number and when I type my card number it tells me it is an invalid card number and please type a valid card nubmer. I couldnt even talk to some one over the phone to discuss what was going on. I would never recommend them to any one and also I would never give them my business ever again.
