I hold a Cobranded ICICI Amex card and I repent the decision of owning this card. Customer service from the call center is highly non acceptable. The executives don’t bother to understand what the
grievances of the customer are? Can’t redeem reward points, service charges are stupendous. If you want to switch over to another card they will give a negative feedback to the other providers.

Very low levels of acceptability in merchant outlets. Total cost of ownership is very high. You can’t upgrade it to any other product. Overall its a loss loss situation for the holder of an Amex card. The other thing to take care off is that never disclose while applying that you hold this card. They are going to always give a negative feedback to the other provider. You will feel your blood rushing when you see regrett letters being sent to you.
