have and cancel it ASAP if u have one to avoid future problems.
Customer Service is very Rude, Helpless and never try to stay on your side when you are in trouble even they know it’s not your fault.
Unlike other credit card company, with AMEX, If you have a Fraud Charge, most lightly you will be ended up paying it if you don’t try to investigate by yourself .
The way they do would encourage bad guys to do more FRAUD to AMEX carholders but Amex wouldn’t pay out any of these charges so we are the victims.
