Contrary to reviews here, I have an opinion of my own.
I am using the American express gold credit card for around 6 months now.
Have had no issue till date.
In fact the card gets me huge discounts
at places I dine at like KOBE sizzler’s, Leela Kempensiki, Khyber, Tendulkars... the list can go on and on.
I am thats why super impressed with the services.
I use other Credit cards as well but none of them has the flash value that an amex card can give me.
The acceptance could be a little better, but then they have been improving.
The customer service is quick and prompt without much of hold time so i save a lot of my time.
I have had a to call up the Cust service desk a couple
of times, they are very helpful and extremely professional in their approach .
So over all a fabulous experience using this FAB product from Amex.
Would recommend everyone to try it out at least once.
