for the service industry and it is always a pleasure to speak to AMEX. I, now have an AMEX gold card and the services that they offer is absolutely fantastic
In short, it is the only card that I would not mind paying an annual fee for compared to other banks where you have to wait for hours to get thru to a human voice.
It’s been 5 years now since I have been using card and not a single complaint. I had disputed one payment a couple of months back and the way they help you out is simply unbelievable.
It’s a lifetime card and even though you have to pay for it, it’ still worth it.
