Hi Guys,

Here I am Again with yet another review on yet another movie. This time its about a mix of American and Indian values. This movie shows the lifestyles of the expatriate youth in the west.

Something about the Movie:

Its about an American Born Confused Desi ’’ABCD’’ as he is refered to by some people in the movie, who doesn’t like the Indian culture at all. Who is all American in his lifestyle and friends and so on. He is about to begin a new year in college and is determined never to return home, and live a free life. Free from the ’’Indian way of life’’ which his parents live even after being in America.

Now here comes the best part. To his GRAND surprise, when he reaches college he finds out that he is sharing an apartment with INDIANS. Well you should look at his face then. He is all blue.

Anyways, now this dude is somewhat of a Casanova types and he eyes a beautiful girl in his engineering class. He approaches her during a party and asks her out, just to find out that she is also an Indian. Nevertheless he woes her and starts liking her in real. But now as every hindi film has to have a villain, so does this movie. So the story is about how this ’’ABCD’’ wins over the girl and in the bargain realises that he has been trying to pull himself out of the Indian culture when he cannot. So There is a HAPPY ENDING right there.

This story has another brilliant and Indianish part to it. The room in which this ABCD is put up has 3 other guys staying in it. One is a Sardarji, One is a Muslim, and one other is a Hindu(Gujju). Their individual stories are interesting. You must watch it, and before I spoil the fun of the movie I will wind up right here. Also one more thing. Don’t forget the professor. He is funny.
