I am an avid reader and visited this bookstore during last september to buy some of ficitional books I had in my mind. The store had a very limited collection of books. I was not even able to find even one of the books that I had in my mind. I approached the frontdesk of the store to check if they are having anything in their stock room, just in case if it is not put up in display. The sales staff lacked complete knowledge about book keeping and they were not even aware of the books that I was talking about. I was completely taken back on seeing at the condition of book store at a prime location in chennai. Even the store was not maintained properly, it had poor lighting and was not kept very tidy too! I spent close to one hour at this book store, but it was not of any use to me.
