Amazon.com has always been one of my favorite online companies due to their huge selection. They are one of the few online companies that carry everything and really dont have a niche market. Its
amazing Amazon.com first started out as the webs largest book seller to now one of the largest sellers of everything. Companies that sell everything are extremely hard to manage and remain profitable, but somehow Amazon.com stays in business. I usually shop Amazon for rare or hard to find items. Ive also used Amazon.com to buy more common items like books and electronics. Amazon.com is a great place to find books I usually check to see if Amazon has any used books available first before buying a new one at full price. Amazon.com gives the option of buying used over new and what condition the item is in. Ive saved hundreds of dollars going with this option and Id recommend you do the same. One issue I have with Amazon.com is Im based in Seattle and Amazon is also based in Seattle. I not only am charged for taxes, but also I feel like they charge high shipping costs for living so close to Amazon.com. Doesnt it seem like I should get a discount on shipping since I live literally like 20 minutes from Amazon.com headquarters? Overall Amazon.com is a great company, customer service is great, shipping is on time, and best of all they have a huge, huge selection of products to choose from. Oh yeah they other very helpful customer reviews, editorial reviews, and other kinds of useful information.
