I shop at amazon because I was reccomemnded by a friend - who I abviously trust.

Welcome to my opinion, on MY most used online shooping website. I have oredered approx. 20 products from amazon in the past year, and all have been process smoother than a McDonalds milkshake.

The product range is second to none. With 10 categories varying from books to computer games, you are sure to find what you want. They have just about every book on UK release and even specialised subjects, (such as my tenpin bowling) can be accessed pretty easily. The newly added electrical store is also brilliantly stocked, with all the latest gadgets and gizmos. From mp3 players to USB hubs, the electrical department has it all.

The value for money is also very good. Even more so when they have special offers on in the various areas. (And these offers or quite frequent too). For example at the current time they have a “Bargains” promotion on. This covers the whole store and some real gems can be found. EG. I bought “Goodfellas on DVD for only £9.99.

The thing I like bets about Amazon though, has got to be there efficient delivery times, when they say it will be there, they make it happen. For your standard delivery cost, you can expect to receive you goods the next working day, in pristine condition, inside of a reassuringly protective package.

Customer service is also top notch, with emails been answered at the latest the next day. In my own personal experiences they have been answered within hours of sending.

Payment can be made by all your popular credit/debit cards, and also by your vouchers. AS a side note you can exchange your dooyoo miles for these, and believe me it is worthwhile, faster than cashing in for a cheque anyway. The servers are encrypted with the latest coders, and cases of fraud are very rare indeed.

The layout is what you come to expect from a multi-million dollar company, excellent sectioning of information, and eye-soothing colour schemes that create a friendly aura around the whole site.

If you are thinking of buying online check amazon.co.uk, in my opinion they are simply unbeatable in almost every department.
