I was sending my kid to Alpha School, Porur, last academic year. It was really dreadful experience. My kid shudders just thinking about that school. It was a pathetic scene to see inexperienced staffs(not all), and Principal left the school midway.
The teachers used to punish even small kids harshly and behave rudely to them. Even the Coordinator lady has had no school experience nor she knows how to interact with the children. Daily my kid used to come with the lunch box almost full since she did not get enough time for finishing her lunch as they did not give much time.
The school uniforms came very late at the end of the year and that too did not fit the kids at all, Even though they took heavy amount as deposit and fees they had no id cards for the kids or school calender. They did not even had time for singing our National Anthem. They never asked for any TC when you admitted your kid at first.They does not have any recognition as well. Also for many other reasons, I withdrew my kid even before the academic year got over and got her admission in another good school.
