Worse service Provider Bank. Review on Allahabad Bank

Allahabad Bank is one of the leading banks of India.But friends it provides us not standard service.Here is my review about this bank.ATM Availability- I have an acount in Allahabad Bank in Bokaro Steel City Branch.The bank is situated near Blue Diamond hotel in Naya More area.There is only one ATM in whole Balidih, Siwandih, Ritudih, Co-Operative colony and Naya More.The ATM is situated beside the bank.I live at Balidih area and so due to lack of Allahabad ATM I always withdraw from SBI ATM. The non-availability of ATM is a big issue for this Bank.Internet Banking- There is a international banking availability in this bank but in my view this is not as secure as SBI internet banking.Once I use my debit card no. for online purchasing but it is very sorry told that my amount deducted by my acount but Amazon didn't receive money and my transaction failed.Customer Service- It's customer service is the worst of any bank in India.I have some bad experience about it's customer service.The staffs of this bank are lair.Once I went to the bank for deposite money.After deposite money I wanted to update my Passbook but the staff of this bank said that link is failed.He always told me same thing so I wait there and then I saw that there is not link failed.When I complaint about this then he behaved like a rude and foolish guy.Friends, now I want to close my acount from this bank due to it's poor service and worst customer service.
