Allahabad bank is very well known for its worst banking services all over India. I am very disappointed from their services. Staff is very rude towards its customers. They do not want to work for their bank growth, which is the main reason the bank is lagging behind. In Faridabad, I have visited all the branch and all the staff is very irresponsible and lazy.
Even if you will complaint to the manager nothing will happen. ATM are only associated with the bank which is also a big problem. Internet banking is much unsecured and not user-friendly. It takes too much time to understand its features, but still some features need to be add in it. Overall it’s not a good bank to do the banking.
