*My father had opened saving account in this bank(Alambag branch) Allahabad bank is very well known for its worst banking services all over India. I am very disappointed from their services. Staff is very rude towards its customers.
My father was required the ATM card because he was not able to come and withdrawal the money again and again but bank always sad your ATM card was delivered in your address and Repeat fill the ATM Form again and again but till now no ATM card delivered in my address and my father was expired on 15 Nov 2015 so I want to close my father account and want the saved money with interested so the bank employee give me the Advocate Number to verify the family member regarding the cheap amount(3000). I contact the Advocate and verify the family member he makes some gov papers and regarding this process I paid 600 advocate fee+ convenes is 400 so I paid 1000 rupees with out any reason.
Today I go to the bank and deposit the verification gov papers but the employ told me that bank manager is on leave he don;t have information when he is coming back, seriously what is this, If some one have so much required the own money in urgent basses he cant because only the bank person careless.*
