I have a single account in Bowai Branch of Allahabad Bank . I am fully unsatisfied with their service .
The branch is located in rural area . This is not located just beside the road . For first time a new customer may face trouble to find the branch .
Size of the branch is too small .There have only one counter in the branch & one branch manager room . There have only three seat for customers .
Till now, they don't started auto update of passbook . Also there have no machine to count the number of note or check the note is it fake of not .
When I got my passbook for first time I found that in the front page account number is not printed in just beside where Account Number is mentioned for printing . My account number printed at the lower part of passbook . As a result, one time I have submitted Xe-Rox copy front page for money transfer . But, as account number not printed in mentioned place, they don't understand that & money not transferred . So, I need to submit it again with re printing account number .
Their customers service team are not friendly .
In the passbook transaction history not mentioned in details .
I can't find enough ATM counter in different places . So, some time I faced trouble .
When I transfer money via Online NEFT, it took too much time to credit . Sometimes it was credited very fast, but sometimes it took too much time .
As per I have bad experience with Allahabad bank . I don't recommend it to anyone .
