Hello Friends! Today I am going to share my experience with Allahabad bank as I have an account with them.First of all I will say if you are thinking to open your account in this bank so please don't open as their services are not good at all. When we open an account so we always aspect that the bank employees should me discipline in behavior, which you can never aspect from their employees their employees are not well mannered and they always ignore to answer your queries.
If you have to ask them about any thing regarding your account or any other scheme of bank they will answer you that they don't have knowledge about it.Their this answer make customers angry that they don't know any thing about bank's scheme or your account related query .And moreover their employees are not technology friendly at all they take too much time to even print your passbook and making a withdraw from their branch is like finding a stone in an ocean.
The tellers takes too much time to access your account and giving you money.So I can say it clearly that their customer services are not good at all .And their phone banking is also not good as the IVR of phone banking takes too much time to respond and even some times your call drop in the middle of process.ATM of this bank is also not available at every place.It is hard to find their ATM easily and if by god's grace you find one then it will be either unable to dispense cash or it will be out of service due to network error.Internet banking is also very slow as it takes too much time to send you OTP and website surfing is also very slow when you use Internet banking.their service charges are also high whereas the interest on fixed deposit, recurring deposit is very low.So my opinion to you guys is never open account in this bank because I am already fed up with this bank and don't want you guy to face the same conditions with this bank as I did.
