I have a bank account in allahabad . It's a good deal as well as bad. Because there is no service for online wallet like sbi , ICICI etc.
I want to use net banking but sometimes its app giving me hanging problem.Face to face services and offer also not too good or not too bad for me.If I want to transfer some money through NEFT. It's take 1 day . but don't know why its took time for transfer.
But employees of the banks ( Customer service) are too good. They give you full respect and they listen your inquires very carefully as compared to other banks .
Overall Average service provider .
