I book the ticket online from Hyderabad to Pune for 21st August, They ask me to report at "Lakadi ka pool" as a pick up point.
I found that they don't have any office or contact person (Mr Sayyaed at Hyderabad Office - tel no. 040 - 66745940) at the point, I called on given telephone No.040 - 66745940 and they ask me write the driver and conductor's telephone no, I said I don't have pen right the moment; the person immediately reply me rudely 'get the pen first and then call us" and disconnect the phone.
My seat no was C-1- window seat and I preferably select window seat, But the another person is already on the seat and he also have the vaid ticket for Seat No C-1 - same seat.!!!!! and conductor trying to convince me that they have cancelled the another bus and some more seats also have the same problem and you need to adjust yourselves only. The driving was very rash and still delayed by about one hour to reach.
They didn't stop even for toilet beak after 1:30Am until reaching Pune at 08:00 Hrs. When some ladies, senior citizen also traveling by same coach and these are the basic things to be are while traveling.
I found that there is no point to fight with this line man and the company has to be taken care of these services which they are not taking properly, They might be assume that the customer should adjust according to there scheduled
