Its really difficult to get a good Internet connection even in cities like Bangalore.
Either the speed will be less or service will be bad...
For the past many weeks,I have been in search of a good net connection.
My main pupose is to :Check mails and Occasional downloads 

My aim was to get a connection with the following:
1.Net with adequate speed (between broadband speed and dial up)
2. No disconnection and quick connection
3. No heavy cables or wires or antennae
4. Mobile and connect to my desktop and laptop
5. Reasonable price

I had enquired different types of providers ranging from Broadband to WiMax
I found that the easiest way to get it is using our mobile phone as a modem.
This is very easy as it gets activated instantly. we need to have a mobile phone that has data connectivity to PC or Laptop & data cable to connect that.
This is called Airtel mobile office. 
This is not a broadband connection.

Airtel offers four tariff plans to choose from: 399 plan: Rs.399/Month, 100MB Transfer,10 paisa for extra 10kbs. 599 plan: Rs.599/Month, 1 GB Transfer, 10 paisa for extra 10kbs. 799 plan: Rs.799/Month, 1.5 GB Transfer, 10 paisa for extra 10kbs. 140 plan: Rs.140/week, Unlimited usage.

I feel that the best one for me was the 140 plan, since it has unlimited usage & cheap compare to other plans. It will become Rs.560 if you use it for a month. All plans will come with speed up to 115kbps.
For normal use, this speed is adequate.But for heavy downloads, this may not be useful.
Just we need a mobile phone which can act as modem, Data cable and then subscribe to airtel mobile office.

Airtel service is really good and whenever you feel to disconnect the service, you can just send a sms to customer care and its done...isnt  that simple.
So how is my solution.... :)
