here iam to express my openion ( digust) on airtel broad
band connection , for which i opted three months back.
any one can write a good book on this issue ( i do not have that much of time)
service is very bad, they will offer some where around 64 kbps as starting plan and the actual speed would be 4kbps
in return if you call to customer care there will be no clarification regarding the speed
a girl will tell you that you would get 80% of promised speed,
another guy will tell you its 8kbps
by insisting they will tell again 40kbps
after a 30 minutes argument they will give you a request number and will send a person ( he is designated as Service Engineer) he does not know basic maths!!!! according to him 80% of 64kbps is 4kbps (its really shame on airtel)
he will come and go, he performs some speed chek using various sites( which are dummy or name sake sites with animations and flash player sites, which shows your speed as maximum), the guy tries to show the speed to us and he tells us that your computer is having virus that is the reason the connection is very slow, ( thank god , they are not into Antivirus marketing)
this will contnue for few times, but nothing will change.
one thing will be constant----that is BILL
after some days we will feel very ashemd for using the internet
( iam a shameless guy) that is anothe matter ( i do not have any alternate way)
pls pls pls never go with airtel broad band.
i requset you people to spead this message to every one---this is my humble reque
