I paid the deposit and logged a request for installation of Broadband Internet connection at my place.

I was told that the process takes 7 to 10 days subject to feasibility. Since this is for my
professional use, I pursued and was told after two days that it is feasible and that the connection will be provided.

It was a commitment given to me by the Airtel office on paper, that the connection will be provided within 7 to 10 days. Despite repeat follow ups, there is no trace of anyone getting in touch with me for installation. I have been visiting their office everyday for last 3 days, because based on thier commitment, I have planned my professional commitments and they do not receive any calls that I make from my phone number. I tried a different number, they picked and then hung up after discovered that its me, because they dont have a logical response for me at all.

I can certify that the Airtel as a brand has no respect for the customer, no respect for their own commitment, they are indifferent, disrepsectful and rude with the customers.

There is no one who seems to turn around and own the responsibility of providing a resolution. They have taken my money also and on top of it, misbehaved with me when I visited for a follow up.

So much for the advertisements everywhere and big hollow words they throw in their advertisements. If they spend this money in delivering their services and honouring thier commitments better, they probably wont have to spend on the advertisements and cheat their customers to recover that money from people like you and I.

Shame on Airtel and shame on the staff that they have depolyed at the office. And shame on everyone who is responsible for ensuring that the customers get what they are paying for. You guys at Airtel are cheap, irritating, rude and shameless. I have a complete video of their rude, indifferent, non-commital and shameful behaviour. If someone from Airtel wants to talk to me, contact me. I can give you all the details if you are any bit interested in taking any corrective actions. If no one gets in touch, that would mean that you guys are all a bunch of cheats, right up to the top!

Okay I forgot this!!! The person at the desk pointed the index finger at us the customers, and said that she is doing us a favor... can you beat that? She is sitting there to do favors, as if!?!?!?
