I have been using it since one year.
I havent been disconnected from the server yet.
The connection reliability and customer support is excellent.The only problem is
that they keep on
adding unnecessary amount to my bill without my permission .
I would like to explain the various incidents that took place with me in this one year.
1) As iam a student ,they usually dont prefer to give airtel connection to them ,but despite of this fact
they gave me the connection,which remain activated for 2 days and then got disconected .Then i
have called many times the executive who was involved in providing me the connection,but he did
not pick up tha call.Over 30-40 times i have called him in a week,then also nothing happened.Al last
i have to approach my cousine brother who was there in the airtel company,with his approach they
started my connection.If they dont want to give it to the students then why they have taken 600Rs as
a installation fees from me in the begning.As i mentioned below once again whaen it comes to
money the act very slowly.
2)They blindly activated 49 Rs mobile top up .I have to call them many times for this to avoid this,and
even attended many calls from them,wasting my time.finally i have disconnected the voice
connection an feeling secure with the unlimited 449 DSL plan
3) Even after disconnecting the voice connection the keep on charging the 99 Rs top up they are
slow in action when it comes to money.So be carefull all of u and check your bill every month ..
