I have applied for the broadband connection - Airtel Broadband date 2 Dec 07.I gave an amount of Rs 500/- refundable deposit which
was deducted from the bank account HDFC Bank date 14 Dec?07.Some time later it was notified that connection could not be established because of some technical reasons. Till date I havent received the money back or the salesperson hasnt called back ?Also i have sent repeated mails to airtel help desk but it seems to be a waste of my time as they dont seem to understand the problem.Please return the money back if you cannot give a connections.
