I have applied for the broadband connection - Airtel Broadband date 2 Dec ’07.I gave an amount of Rs 500/- refundable deposit which

was deducted from the bank account HDFC Bank date 14 Dec?07.Some time later it was notified that connection could not be established because of some technical reasons. Till date I haven’t received the money back or the salesperson hasn’t called back ?Also i have sent repeated mails to airtel help desk but it seems to be a waste of my time as they don’t seem to understand the problem.Please return the money back if you cannot give a connections.
