I must admit that I am really surprised by the very good quality of service and speed of Airtel. Contarary to some member’s bad 

experience, I have found Airtel to very quick in response and speed is always upto the subscribed limit (sometimes even more). Customer service are now a improved lot and it seems that they really follow up on all complaints raised. They have even gone as far as service level offerings. They promise to resolve any issus within 4 hrs of notifying a complaint though there are some exclusions to it.
All in all, I have had no problem what so ever with the internet and customer service. Internet is always available and speed is very decent. Also they are offering free talk time worth your tariff plan so can’t ask more than this.

I am located in Thane (West). For new connection, I contacted Airtel guys and they came over to my place on same day (they even agreed to come at 10.00 PM). Paper work was done same day and they installed internet+landline the next day as promised.

I would receommend Airtel broadband services. Its worth your money.
