Having read some of the experiences of people on Airtel broadband i felt i should also write a few things about them.  I have been using Airtel broadband at home for over 3

years now in the Bangalore region.

So far i have seen good speed reliability and customer service from them.  In fact i wanted to write this just to give them a kudos for being so good at service and support.

Whenever i had any issues or there was some problem it got resolved in 1 days time.  They were even so cooperative that when i told that some changes to the way they brought the line to my house was needed as i had to put a drainage pipe was proptly responded and got resolved quickly.  Being in India i actually didn;t expect such good service and product support from these guys i should say they were excellent by Indian standards.

Once i had to shift my line from on place to another in Bangalore and there was some problem with empty slot which was delaying my connection. I spoke to their managers to check with the staff to see if any slot has been put in release queue and they promptly did check it and thus managed to give me a connection sooner than anticipated.  My point here is that they heard my proposal to resolve the issue and tried that approach and it worked.  This doesn;t happen often in Indian context. Why i say this is unless the slot is shown open in the database they generally don’t consider it even if its put in the release queue. ( My terminologies considering general approach of others, so don’t confuse with airtel specific stuff).

Services like sms reminders and clean billing also is there here. So far touch wood no issue with wrong billing etc.

From my side its five stars for this brand ( Broad band connection ).

This is my experience and though of sharing with you guys.  If you see some problem should feel free to talk to their manager who have more power and flexibility to help you resolve issues faster.
