I have four Airtel connections. I am paying them thousands of rupees every month, however when it came to get a duplicate SIM working, I had to visit this store 5 times over 3 days. The store had no clue how to track and resolve issue with duplicate SIM. Its purely left to chance. When one calls the customer care(121), they will give the default answer, wait for 4 hours OR visit the store again. It's a loop that keeps repeating until the SIM works on it's own.
I am moving at least one connection out of Airtel this month.
