Hello friends I would like to share my bad experience about airtel mobile operator.I am really disappointed with the airtel mobile services.Many people may be happy with their service but I didn't because I faced series of issue.
The synopsis of one of my issue is that I received a message from airtel service that upgrade your airtel 3G sim in 4G sim within 4 hours and get 10GB data plan without any extra cost.
I upgraded my airtel sim into 4G on 28 dec 2017 but still my sim didn't get activated into 4G that's why I am using my previous 3G airtel sim and I am facing too much problems in using 3G sim because message service is stopped at my 3G sim because I upgraded my sim into 4G so I didn't get any message from my bank account and I can't able to proceed any online transaction because this number is registered on my bank account.
So airtel authority need to take proper action to resolve this because airtel is considered as one of the best network of India ( not for me) and now people losing their trust from airtel.
