I am using airtel postpaid services since 2007. I dont find any problem in the network of airtel. But frankly speaking, after 4G launch, airtel started feeling that they are the only players and have monopoly in 4G and this vanity definitely impacted their services.
Now after JIO introduction, somewhere I feel, airtel has started getting melodown and trying to concentrate on customers. I would suggest never believe on the customer service when you call them. Always record your conversations as the customer service team turns back from what they say or commit or may be they dont have complete understanding of their plans and services. They commit to the customers and when you receive bills, you find your are charged for something else.
Dont change your bill plans by calling to the customer service of airtel it's better either use airtel app to mAnasultange your services or go to the nearest gallery.
I had a very bad experience with the customer care, I am using corporate plan with RS.250@1GB download and wanted to replace my data plan which was informed by the customer service team when called, offer plan was Rs.100@2GB download. I got the plan activated and then again, when I wanted to activate the same data plan on my other SIM, I was told that both the above rentals will be charged and Rs. 100@2GB download is a topup and not the data plan replacement. I did number portability for my one number and as of now awaiting for the bill and, if they will charge to me any additional amount apart from which they have commited, I will port even my another number to vodaphone.
