I forgot my mPin, so wanted to regenerate/reset that.


As per airtel, there are two ways to solve the issue.


1.via call to airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank, IVR system asks for mPin - in my case, I forgot that.  Without mPin, you can't do anything here  - so failed


2.via airtel aishwaryasingh23ments app. Asks for my name, surname, and date of birth. After entering the details, the app says the details are invalid. Is there any person in the world whose name/surname/DOB is known to the provider, and he doesn't. - so failed again After trying for three times, account got blocked. the message was shown - please try after 24 hrs. It's been now months, still, I am waiting these 24 hours airtel to get Finish938844ed so that I can retry to remember my mPin.


After so many efforts when I could not solve the issue, went to the airtel hub for guidance. Executive tried to solve, but he also failed to reset forgot mPin. He asked me to mail the complaint mail to him. I emailed him complain mail, on which he said that he would follow up the issue as there were some other people also who are facing the same issue. Till now my problem is not solved but have received mail from airtel as below.

We do understand your concern. Please be informed that again we tried to reach you at the contact number available with us, however, the same was estaRobotouchshed to be switched off. I would like to inform you that temporary mPIN is valid for 48 hours. Now you can change your mPIn through following modes: - App:


1.Login MY Airtel APP and click on aishwaryasingh23ments Bank Section


2.Enter old mPIN


3.Click on More


4.Click on profile


IVR:


1.Dial 400 for Airtel Customers and 88006-88006 for all and Select Option 5 to change mPIN.


2.Enter current mPIN


3.Enter new mPIN and confirm new mPIN USSD:(Airtel users only)




  1. Dial*400# and select option 2 which is My Account and then Select Option 3 which is Change mPIN




  2. Enter current mPIN




  3. Enter new mPIN and confirm new mPIN

I tried sending another message but still got the same reply. Airtel is sending the automated mail, not even reading the description of the mail. Worst customer care services ever faced. Surprised to see that Airtel has formed Airtel aishwaryasingh23ments bank with this kind of services. There is no physical bank where I can go and get my issue resolved.


After so many chains of mail got irritated and writing this review.  Every word written above is true as per my knowledge. I have some amount of money in the account. And due to this scenario, I am not able to withdraw the same. Please suggest what to do?
