Hello Every on this is Su_Pradeep,
I have been using Airtel Network From Many Years. This is My Honest Review About Airtel Network ans Service.
Airtel Strong Point is Its "NETWORK", But I am facing problem with it. Recently I changed my sim to Apple Iphone 6.
After changing sim to new mobile, Suddenly the network jumps to Vodafone, Even though Automatic in Network selection is Off. I have complained this to customer support, they asked me change sim, I changed even after I am facing the same issue.
Here comes the speed of Airtel 4G internet, The speed is very slow, it works like 2G. The network signal strength is low. I live heart of the Hyderbad city, the signal strength is low. customer support people say, there are some network issues in that area. where ever in city I travel, I am facing the same problem.
Customer support is good to consider our concerns but they are not helpful.
I am in to postpaid, 249 plan with unlimited calling and 5GB data for month. with tax I get bill of 350/-. The plan price is very high compared to other networks.
very disappointed with its Network and Plan rates and Billing.
I will change to other network if this situation continues further.
