Sir,


I am a corporate plan user of Airtel and we have 10  connections altogether, I regret the day I chose to be an Airtel customer. I complained about the network issues in my area but did not get any response, then I sent an MNP request against which I was assured that a booster will be put in your place for which concerned department will contact you within 48hrs.(Request No. 73948994). However, as expected I didn't get any call. Thereafter, I mailed the nodal officer on 08.02.2017, in reply of which it was received that, "This is in reference o your email regarding network issue for your Airtel mobile number  9899.9.


Basis your email, "I would like to inform you that we tried calling you but were unable to reach you. However, I have escalated this issue to our concerned team at priority and they will validate and revert within 24-48 working hours. Request your kind co-operation in this regard."


Although I was getting call from other nos. during that period and was, at no point of time, out of reach. After sent them repeated emails, I got a call and a mail as follows:


"This is in reference o your email regarding network issue for your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.


Basis your email  9899.9, I would like to inform you that I am escalating your case to the concerned team for validation of booster installation on priority basis.


Hence you will be getting a revert with a case update within 48-72 Hours.


Kindly consider this as an interim response. We seek your cooperation and patience."


I waited for the stated time but did not receive a single call or was approached for a survey.


Then I sent several other mails and after almost a month of chasing them from pole to post I received this:


"Greetings from Airtel! We have received your follow up email regarding network coverage issues on your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.I would like to inform you that, as per our requirement to install booster does not match your revenue, hence we are unable to install booster at your location.Further, Please be assured this is a high priority for us and we are looking for a suitable space to install a new site since the same is already planned.It would be great if you can pass on any leads of a location for a mobile site in the vicinity. Simply click on the link below and identify the location on the map."


This is not expected out of a Giant Brands like Airtel and I have attached some FAKE Assurances mail which I received from nodal officer.


By this review, I just want Airtel to accept it on a public platform that they cannot deal with the complaints of their customers nor they can afford a Booster for retaining there customers.
