I have been using airtel since a few months now thinking that I would get a good coverage of network anywhere I go. But why is airtel having such a poor network in most places? Its postpaid plans are not cheap but still manageable keeping in mind the amount of data they provide but whats a a good network company if it fails to provide good network coverage! Moving on to offers and data, it is definitely good enough. I can never reach their customer care services, I don't know is it just me or happens to a lot of people. They do issue the bill on time and sends reminders time to time but that becomes annoying too.
If airtel can see this review, then on behalf of all users, please do something about your NETWORK COVERAGE!
