I have been using Airtel since 7 Years and I have faced many good as well as bad Experience with this connection.
I wrote this review just because I wanted to share my BAD EXPERIENCE with Airtel Mobile Operators.
As we are aware of many MINOR ISSUES like network problems and many other. But my Today's Concern is not which those Minor Issues but with Major Issue which is ACCOUNT BALANCE DEDUCTION.
It Sounds very rare because Not every Mobile Operator has to face this problem. But this has became very common for me as They use to Deduct RANDOM BALANCE from my account for nothing. After that when we call them. They say that I have Activated something. I am Using UNLIMITED PACK then why would I activate any other something. After talking to Senior CCE, They REFUND the same deducted Balance in my Account Along with the Apology. And same process repeats every two-three months.
I don't know when they would STOP DEDUCTING balance from my account.
I am only using Airtel Connection just because is has the BEST network connectivity on our locality otherwise I have Stopped using it very earlier.
