I feel this review is:
I have been using Airtel Mobile services since last 5 years. I have been roaming in this period to Tamilnadu to Bihar to Delhi, in every place I found Airtel network as best. Will review their services on the below parameters-
Network: They are the best network coverage provider in India. I have used all other Networks like Voda, BSNL etc. but the signal strengths that Airtel is having, nobody can compete that.
Customer Service: The customer service of Airtel is also pretty good as compared to other service providers.
Billing and Charges: This is the worst part of Airtel. They are the highest tariff chargers in India as well. Just taking benefits of their good services. But still they should think about it and should reduce the charges.
