Hi . I have complained many times about network issue . Sad part is the customer care executives disconnect the call for for network signal . to talk to CC we need go through unnecessary steps which are very irritating. I think they should value our time . I am fed up with Airtel. Already two of my family members shifted to BSNL .Thanks to number portability . am using JIO alternatively am very impressed with the signal strength. It's time for AIRTEL to give good service & stop fooling customer.
