Hello Dear Friends,


Myself Chaitali and today I am going to share my personal experience regarding the " AIRTEL MOBILE OPERATOR " which I used to use around one year ago. I was a postpaid customer of Airtel for three and half year and I used to have the 1299 rupees postpaid plan. In every month my gross bill used to be around 3, 000 rupees plus minus. As I used to travel a lot out side India as well as out side my state I used to have a free roaming pack for data as well as for incoming and outgoing calls. Suddenly one month I saw my phone bill and it was 17, 310 rupees with an additional late fee of rupees 350 rupees was attached.


At first, I tried to call the customer care regarding this bill issue, It took me seven times to connect to the customer care executive and after connecting the customer care executive registered a complaint and said it will take three working days to solve this issue. And also said they will contact me. Four days went by but nothing happed. Then again I tried to contact customer care, but I was unable, I tried ten to fifteen times but my call was on wait. So I sent an email to the customer service, seven days went by and no reply. So I decided to visit the nearest Airtel outlet. I went there and told that I have got a wrong bill of 17, 310 rupees which I didn't used that much services from Airtel. They asked me to wait for some time and after consulting to their mAnasultanger they told me that I need to visit the main office of Airtel Kolkata .


I went to the main office and submitted the issue to them, And they said they don't send wrong bills and gave me long list of things which I have done throughout that month for which the bill was generated. It showed I have used 317 GB of Data and countless international calls while on roaming. Frankly speaking which I have not done, Trust me. And then the mAnasultanger also said if I don't submit the bill with in 3 working days they will charge 25% late fee. And there was another late fee of rupees 350 for the month before that which I paid the bill on time. I requested them to recheck and asked to meet their zonal head, but they refused. they did not helped me at all. the customer care service was extremely rude with me, treated me very badly. And told me if I don't aishwaryasingh23 the bills they will take civil actions against me . But I refused to aishwaryasingh23 and after seven days they disconnected my phone connection and sent me a notice from their lawyer, Eventually I had to aishwaryasingh23 17, 310 rupees plus 25% late fee and 350 rupees of late fee for another month .


I paid for the service which I did not used, they sent me a fake bill and took money from me. No help or loyalty was shown to a loyal old customer. Money was every thing for them which they took from me. And then I left using Airtel mobile connection. Trust me guys, don't use AIrtel, its a bad company. No work ethics.
