My Airtel DTH ID is 301674582. I was with TATASKY, so I got an offer from airtel DTH. So I cancelled the TATASKY and joined Airtel. At the time of connection, the executive wrote the offer on the back of my receipt . I did a recharge amounting to 1090 in the month of July as per the offer which I got from the Airtel DTH Executive.
According to this offer I was to get a 3 month free subscription on paying in advance for 3 months. But the services stopped working after 3 months and it asked me to do the recharge to continue the services.
I registered a complaint at the customer care, they denied about any such offer. I said that I had the proof as the plan was mentioned on the back of the receipt. They said that it was not a valid proof. They are not ready to accept this as a result I had to pay again for continued services.
Airtel makes fraudulent offers and lure customers to take their connection and after that they change their statements.
